A new web experience is coming for Guilford Savings Bank’s website, gsb-yourbank.com. We’re updating our site to make it more friendly across all devices, including mobile and tablet, and we’re adding features that will improve your overall experience.
With My Favorites, you can keep track of products that you like and mark them for future viewing and opening, or share them with one of our bankers who will work with you. The new Self Service Center opens up a world of banking, including the ability to open accounts, apply for loans, deposit checks, and pay bills online, all from one place. It’s all part of our efforts to make our website more useful and easier to navigate, too.
Throughout the site, we’ve created a more personalized experience, with a strong focus on customer support. Our live online chat is a great way to get quick answers. We’ve also expanded our hours in our Access Banking Center as part of a company-wide effort to improve accessibility, giving you the ability to call us for sales and support 8am – 8pm M-F. All of these changes reflect our goal of enhancing your banking experience.
