Our goal, quite simply, is to minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any fraud.
Guilford Savings Bank (GSB) monitors notifications from federal authorities regarding increased activity impacting cybersecurity.
At this time, and as a precaution, we are advising customers that there have been recent alerts from the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency as a result of increased tensions in many areas of the world.
GSB is working to help keep client accounts secure and we will continue to monitor activity for trends that commonly indicate suspicious activity — such as changes in spending, sudden changes in location and any unusual transactions.
If we suspect fraudulent activity, we’ll be calling you. Our goal, quite simply, is to minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any fraud. Please join us in being diligent in monitoring transaction activity on your account and contact us immediately if you identify any fraudulent transactions.
