A fresh look for Online & Mobile Banking.

We continue to improve our online and mobile banking experiences for our customers even in these challenging times. We want to create a best-in-class experience, which means keeping our online and mobile banking easy to navigate and up-to-date with trends. We're bringing you a fresh dashboard design that'll provide a better overview of your accounts and options, whether you have two accounts or twenty.

 

Things to expect:

 

  • Say hi! When you open up your mobile app it will now say "Hi, (first name)" along with a customizable photo of yourself in the right corner. If you want quick access to your profile or to switch between your mobile banking accounts, just tap your photo.
  • New account list options. If you have a small handful of accounts, you'll see the same view you do today. But, if you have more than that, you'll see four accounts at a time. And, if you have tons of accounts, you can see an overview with totals by account type. 
  • Streamlined button sizes. We put all your mobile and online banking actions in one place. Now you'll be able to transfer, deposit, pay a bill, pay a person, and view messages quickly, with all your buttons right below your account overview.
  • Left-aligned navigation in Online Banking. Your navigation menu is now located on the left side of your screen in Online Banking. 
  • How you will see the changes. If you use online banking, you won't have to do anything. The online banking system will automatically begin with these features. Mobile banking users may have to update the app in either the App Store or Google Play Store. 
  • First time use. The first time you log on after April 27, you will be prompted to review and then accept the new terms and conditions.

 

You asked we listen. New Access to e-Statements.

 

  • We are happy to announce that secondary account holders are now able to access e-statements! Simply login to your online or mobile banking and click "Documents" to enroll. After enrollment you will begin receiving e-statements each month as they become available.
  • We are expanding the availability of e-statements! Starting Monday, April 27, you can access up to 18 months of e-statements in online and mobile banking.
